Unless expressly provided for, the contents of the Site may not, either in whole or in part, be copied, modified, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, downloaded, published or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of SIRMEN. It is without prejudice to the possibility of storing such contents on your computer or to print extracts from the pages of the Site for personal use only. The name "SIRMEN" and any trademark including the "SIRMEN" trademark can not be used as Internet addresses of other sites, or as part of such addresses, without the prior written consent of SIRMEN Italia.

LIABILITY LIMITS

No responsibility is assumed in relation both to the content of what is published on the Website and to the use that third parties may make of it, and to any contamination deriving from access, interconnection and downloading of material from the Site. Therefore SIRMEN will not be held for any reason to respond to damages, losses, prejudices of any kind that third parties may suffer as a result of contact with the Site, or as a result of the use of the same published as well as software used .

SIRMEN assumes no responsibility for materials created or published by third parties with whom the Site has a hyperlink ("link"). The user who decides to visit a website linked to the Site does so at his own risk, assuming the responsibility to take all necessary measures against viruses or other destructive elements that could potentially cause him harm.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

No personal data will be requested to visitors for access to the Site. Should personal data be required to use particular services, the visitor must explicitly give their consent to the treatment pursuant to Legislative Decree no. June 30, 2003 n. 196, Code regarding the protection of personal data.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Turin, Italy, will have jurisdiction and exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes and in any case related to these terms and conditions.

NThe following describes how the site is managed with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information that is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code - to those who interact with the SIRMEN Website for the protection of personal data, accessible electronically from the following addresses: www.SIRMEN.it The information is provided only for the SIRMEN.it site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The information is also based on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to the users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

THE HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data controller is SIRMEN with registered office in Turin, Via Palmieri 29.  

Types of data processed:

  Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Data provided voluntarily by the user The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, in addition to any other personal data included in the message. The processing of sensitive or judicial data that, if supplied by the user, will be deleted. Place of data processing The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned SIRMEN headquarters or in locations defined by SIRMEN itself and are only handled by technical staff of the office in charge of processing, or by the managers designated by the owner. No data deriving from the web service is disseminated. The personal data provided by users who forward requests for information and suggestions are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are eventually communicated to other administrations only if this is necessary to provide the requested information. Cookies No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard. We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are used c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe browsing and efficient site. I c.d. session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data. The use of permanent cookies is strictly limited to the acquisition of statistical data related to access to the site. The Site uses a market product to detect access to its site. It uses the use of permanent cookies, in order to collect statistical information on the "unique visitors" (different people) of the site. These cookies contain an alphanumeric code which identifies the navigation computers, but without any collection of personal data. On each page of the site there is also a portion of code, aimed at collecting statistical data on the use of the site, even in this case without any collection of personal data. Any disabling of cookies on your site will not affect in any way the interaction with the portal. Optional provision of data Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the registration forms to the services of the Portal, to request information and to send suggestions and reports to the Site or in any case indicated in contacts with the Portal. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. Method of treatment Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Rights of the interested parties The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). According to the same article, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
